The Online Visual Inspection Machine for Conveyor Belts uses a conveyor-belt transport system to handle larger workpieces that don’t fit traditional rotary sorters. The conveyor-belt-type servo drive delivers stable, continuous transport while multi-camera arrays inspect the part from multiple angles.
This machine is ideal for parts where inspection dimensions exceed rotary sorter capacity — frames, housings, larger plastic components, sockets, electronic assemblies, and molded parts. Inspection rates up to 500 pcs/min depending on part size, camera count and conveyor speed.
