Yes. Send samples to our Dongguan laboratory and we run them on the matching platform, then send you the detection rate report, camera layout and cycle time before quotation.
Standard machines ship in 30-45 days. Non-standard and customised projects usually take 45-75 days after sample evaluation and drawing approval.
We provide guided remote installation with video support as standard, on-site commissioning on request, plus operator and engineer training material in English.
12 months warranty on the whole machine, lifetime software upgrades, 24/7 remote debugging access .
Machines are built for AC 220V 50/60Hz single phase by default; 110V and 380V versions can be configured for your country.

All customers receive lifetime software updates for defect-detection algorithms and UI improvements. Updates can be deployed remotely or during scheduled service visits.
