OVERVIEW
The Rotary Vision Sorter uses a precision indexing disc to present parts to multiple industrial cameras in a continuous, vibration-free motion cycle. Parts are fed via a vibration bowl or conveyor, individually separated on the rotating glass disc, and inspected from top, bottom, and side angles within milliseconds.
By combining high-resolution optics, programmable LED illumination and deep-learning defect models, the system detects dimensional deviations, surface cracks, missing features, contamination and color variations that are difficult or impossible for human inspectors to catch consistently.
At the end of the inspection cycle, pneumatic or servo-driven ejectors route OK and NG parts into separate collection bins, delivering sorted output ready for downstream packaging or assembly.
